These are updated regulations set by The Dept. of Agriculture on animals to help you when you sell at the swap. l. Have paperwork available and tag or ID Number of the animal. 2. All Sheep and Goats in state need a Scrapes Tag. The only exception is a neutered male under 18 months. 3. Horses and Donkeys in state neg. EIA or Coggins Test 4. All Swine need a metal tag installed by a veterinarian. 5. 	When you come to the swap, have an extra copy of your pullorum test report to leave at the front desk. The club has to retain a copy for our records.   All Poultry, Gamebirds and waterfowl over 4 months of age (Turkeys 6 months and older will need a blood testing form provided from Barron, WI.), will require a copy of VS9-2, VS9-3 or equivalent form. Out of state sellers need a  copy NPIP 9-3 or a vet inspection - including waterfowl.  Testing must be done within 90 days of the swap.  Pigeons and cage birds are exempt.   If you have young birds under 4 months and turkeys under 6 months of age and want to sell them at the swap, you have to be an NPIP member or have bought them from an NPIP hatchery.  Bring a copy of a VS9-3 with you. A Health Certificate from a licensed veterinarian is O.K.  There is also a list of  persons in WI. that are certified to test your birds for you in this web site  (see Pullorum tester list page l,2,3,4 and 5) or  any officer of the club will also have a list.   If you wish to become a NPIP member, contact the Wisconsin Dept. of Agriculture, P.O.
