LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Leeta I. Lester, now residing at 659 Laurelton Road, in the Town of Irondequoidt, Monroe County, New York, hereby revoke all prior Wills, do make, publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament:
First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Second: I give and bequeath all my clothing, jewelry and personal effects to my daughter, MRS. OTIS FLOYD, now of Kleburg, Texas.
Third: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal and wherever situate, to my husband LEONARD WILLIAM LESTER, to his own absolute use forever provided he survives me.
Fourth: In the event my said husband does not
survive me, I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, both real and personal and wherever situate, to my husband's
brother, JAMES F. LESTER, now of 11408 78th Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada,
if living, otherwise to his issue in equal shares per stirpes.
Fifth: I nominate and appoint my husband, LEONARD WILLIAM LESTER, Executor, but if he should fail to qualify, I nominate and appoint RUFUS E. FULREADER, of Fairport, New York, and ARTHUR PULVER, of Spencerport, New York, or such of them as may qualify, Executors hereunder, with full power in any Executor named herein to sell, mortgage or lease any real property which I may own, in such manner and upon such terms as he may deem proper in his absolute discretion and I direct that no Executor shall be required to furnish any bond or other security for the faithful performance of ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------12th-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------LEETA I LESTER
This foregoing last ---ment, consisting of one and one-third pages, was on the 12th day of January, 1954, signed by the above named Testatrix, LEETA I LESTER in our presence and said Testatrix thereupon in our presence declared the same to be her Last Will and Testament, and requested each of us to sign the same attesting witnesses; and we thereupon having first read this certificate, sign our names hereto as such witnesses, in the presence of the Testatrix, and each in the presence of the other.
