The History..

   The Little Lake House Properties was established in 1984. During that period of time I was looking for a home in which to live, preferably on Lake Winnebago. The "original" Little Lake House" (the little white one on the peninsula) became available, I scraped up my meager savings and with the help of my parents and the sellers, the first Little Lake House was born.

    Originally scheduled to be reduced into a boathouse, the renovation    began. With extensive help from my mother, Fran, Cal and my friend Gene the remodeling began. The early projects were always in phases, (poor kid had no money). But with all this help the Little Lake House began its first rental in the summer of 1985.

    Ever since, the Little Lake House Properties has slowly grown, from one home in 1984 to seven houses today.

    When emailing please state the exact date of your stay and the number of people in your party. As you will see no one house is the same in size or location.
